THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIREMENTS THAT YOU AS THE DEFENDANT MUST MEET WHILE ON BOND WITH THIS COMPANY:

1. I WILL NOT BECOME INVOLVED IN ANY OTHER CRIMINAL ACTIVITY WHILE ON BOND. IF ARRESTED, I WILL CONTACT NEW BRAUNFELS BAIL BONDS IMMEDIATELY.

IF I DO NOT CHECK IN WITHIN A 24 HOUR PERIOD, I UNDERSTAND NEW BRAUNFELS BAIL BONDS WILL FILE FOR RELEASE OF SURETY AND REQUEST A WARRANT FOR MY ARREST. I GIVE UP ALL RIGHTS TO ALL COLLATERAL AND BOND FEES IN THIS EVENT.
