2. I understand that if I get arrested for any reason that New Braunfels/Lone Star Bail Bonds has the right to get off all my bail bonds. This would end New Braunfels/Lone Star Bail Bonds' liability and terminate our bail bond agreement. *

3. Every Tuesday I will check in online with the New Braunfels Bail Bonds form at https://www.newbraunfelsbailbonds.com/check-in/ to verify my whereabouts. If I do not check in within a 24 hour period, I understand New Braunfels Bail Bonds will file for release of surety and request a warrant for my arrest. I give up all rights to all collateral and bond fees in this event. *

4. If my employment, address, phone, marital status or attorney change, I will notify New Braunfels Bail Bonds immediately via email at [email protected] and I will contact the courts to update them on any change of my address or phone number while on bonds. *

5. I am aware that I am solely responsible for my court proceedings while on bond. I am aware that I have access to my case file on the county's website at any time. I am aware that I am responsible for checking in via the bail bond website every Tuesday until my case is closed/disposed. the court will not mail, call or contact you for your court date. *
